NDAD offices in Grand Forks, Fargo close because of bad weather

NDAD offices in Grand Forks and Fargo closed at 2:30 p.m. today (Monday, Dec. 4) because of blizzard conditions. NDAD will resume regular office hours in those cities at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
