Our MINOT office will be inaccessible from the Hwy 2 Frontage Rd due to construction starting July 27. During this time, please enter via the back gate off of 21st Ave SE.
Our FARGO office will be closing early at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12.
Our BISMARCK office will be be open from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 13 and 1 - 5 p.m. on Friday, August 14. For immediate assistance, please call 701-483-7760.
Our GRAND FORKS office will be closing early at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, August 19 to prepare for our NDAD Park Inclusive Playground Grand Opening!

NDAD knows how important it is to remain mobile and independent. Often adaptive home health equipment, assistive devices or accessible transportation are the key means to achieving those goals. Here’s how we can help you:
  • Healthcare Equipment Loan Program (HELP): Our most popular program, HELP provides free equipment loans of up to 90 days. It’s available through all of our offices (Bismarck, Dickinson, Fargo, Grand Forks, Minot and Williston).
  • Accessible van loans: NDAD’s Fargo, Grand Forks and Minot offices have vans with ramps available for loan to people who are full-time wheelchair users and their drivers.
  • Financial assistance: When you qualify, NDAD may provide funds that can be used for medical equipment and accessibility, among other uses.
