Marketing Specialist

NDAD is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Specialist to help increase awareness of programs and services that support individuals with health challenges across North Dakota.
 
In this role, you will develop engaging content, support public relations efforts, manage website and digital communications, build community partnerships, and represent NDAD at outreach events across the state. You'll work closely with the Marketing Director, Client Services team, and community partners to share impactful stories, strengthen NDAD's brand, and connect people with valuable resources
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 2 – 3 years experience in marketing, public relations, community outreach or a related field
  • Strong writing, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with social media, website content management, and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with content strategy and development for both electronic media and traditional public relations efforts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
  • Willingness to travel throughout North Dakota as needed.
Skills:
  • Advanced writing skills with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with community partners.
  • Proficiency in development and editing high-quality and impactful communications.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Utilize advanced verbal, written, and presentation skills to create compelling and easily understandable content for diverse audiences.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office, social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design and video editing is a plus.
Other Requirements:
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 depending on experience. At NDAD you’ll help advance a mission-focused organization dedicated to building stronger, more inclusive communities across North Dakota.
