Client Services Representative | Bismarck

NDAD is seeking a compassionate and motivated Client Services Representative to join our Bismarck office. In this role, you'll help individuals with disabilities and health challenges access services, resources, and support that promote independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include processing client applications, providing information and referrals, advocating for client needs, collaborating with community partners, and traveling throughout the Bismarck service region to connect with clients and expand access to services.

We're looking for a self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills, a passion for helping others, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint. Experience working with underserved populations is preferred. A degree in social work, human services, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
