NDAD has moved its Bismarck office to its new location at Northbrook Professional Center. The new address is 1929 N. Washington St., Suite W. The phone number remains 701-751-0739.

“We are excited to move to the new location in Bismarck,” shares DeAnn Burckhard, Marketing Director. “The new office offers more space for equipment, great parking and several entrance options.”  The most convenient entrance is marked with an NDAD sign at Door 1.

NDAD’s Bismarck office services the counties of Burleigh, Emmons, Kidder, Wells, Sheridan, McLean, Mercer, Oliver, and Morton. It’s staffed by Joan Bickel, Client Services Representative with many years of experience working with NDAD’s clients.

Those in the service area have access to NDAD’s full complement of offerings. The non-profit charity offers direct financial assistance through many programs. After an application process, individuals may have access to assistance for prescription medications, out-of-town medical travel, medical equipment and supplies, home and vehicle accessibility, local accessible transit, personal attendant care and adaptive recreation. NDAD’s popular Healthcare Equipment Loan Program (HELP) also remains available. HELP provides free loans up to 90-days for people who need crutches, walkers, wheelchairs, canes, knee walkers, shower chairs, benches, toilet risers, scooters or other types of durable home medical equipment.
