NDCF awards $3,000 grant to NDAD's Healthcare Equipment Loan Program

The North Dakota Community Foundation's 2018 Statewide Greatest Needs Fund awards included a $3,000 grant to NDAD for its popular and growing durable medical equipment loan program known as HELP.
The Healthcare Equipment Loan Program, provided through NDAD’s offices in Grand Forks, Fargo, Minot and Williston, provides
equipment loans free of charge for as many as 90 days to people in need.

NDCF's mission is to improve the quality of life for North Dakotans through charitable giving and promoting philanthropy.
The NDCF grant award will help pay for multiple pieces of durable medical equipment that allow NDAD to keep pace with ongoing requests for assistance.
NDCF President & CEO Kevin Dvorak presented an award check Oct. 17 in Grand Forks to NDAD Chief Program Officer Leslie Stastny.
NDAD was one of 36 organizations across North Dakota to receive a Statewide Greatest Needs Fund grant. NDCF awarded $149,174 in all.
