Equipment provided through NDAD's popular home Healthcare Equipment Loan Program (HELP) requires a signed loan agreement from the user of the equipment before it may be released.

HELP provides loans of durable medical equipment free for up to 90 days from its five North Dakota offices: Bismarck, Minot, Fargo, Williston and Grand Forks.

The loan agreement requirement update began Dec. 1.

Please contact your local NDAD office (https://NDAD.org/contact) to learn how we can accommodate a user signing the agreement.

NDAD has long advised people who wish to use HELP to contact their local office first to ensure that the equipment they seek to borrow is available.
