Rydell Gives Back poll wins NDAD $500

NDAD received a $500 check Dec. 1 for winning the Rydell Gives Back November poll for favorite Grand Forks area charities.

"NDAD is truly a worthwhile and great recipient of such recognition, they truly help many in Grand Forks and the surrounding areas," Rydell posted on a social media that was shared multiple times.

In its public replies, NDAD thanked Rydell for the donation and the opportunity to participate in Rydell's monthly charitable giving poll, and our charity promised the money would be put to good use helping people with health issues and disabilities in the Grand Forks area.

"Thanks, too, to all of the people who voted in November's poll for NDAD and the other excellent charities that participated," NDAD's response said. "Your combined support for nonprofit groups that help people in need throughout our communities is greatly appreciated."
