NDAD’s client services offices in Grand Forks, Minot, Fargo and Williston will reopen to the public on Monday, May 3. Regular office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Guests and other visitors will be required to wear a mask and practice social distancing inside NDAD offices.

NDAD’s Healthcare Equipment Loan Program (HELP) borrowing and equipment returns will remain by appointment only. Contact NDAD (/contact) to check whether the durable medical equipment you’d like to borrow is available and then schedule your appointment. Thank you.
