Community Options in North Dakota offers eligible individuals and families a voucher for new adult/youth winter clothing. Individuals must be eligible for Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program. Vouchers are able to be redeemed on select dates in Fargo, Jamestown, Bismarck, Dickinson, Williston, Minot, Devils Lakes and Grand Forks.
