New video about EPIC spin class in Grand Forks

Watch a new video by Molly Feland about the Endless Possibilities In Cycling (EPIC) class at Choice Health and Fitness in Grand Forks.

The class is held from 4:30 to 5 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. The class for individuals with special needs is about to begin its third year.

Special education teacher Karen Lauer is EPIC class instructor and leader.

The video also includes photos from Feland, Rikki Roscoe and Mike Brue, NDAD's communications director.
